The staff were happy to help whenever asked, language was no barrier. The room was huge and it had a balcony with views of the buzzing city and mountains. It's right near the main streets of Puli filled with great food and bubble tea. The 6289 bus to Sun Moon Lake stop is conveniently 30 seconds walk to the left of the hotel's front door. The staff here were amazing and friendly. The location is beyond perfect. Everything is walkable- takes less than 10 min to get to the convenience store like Family Mart & 7-11. There's also near to the public transport instantly accessible. Our room was on the 13th floor and faced the mountain and what a magnificent view it was especially at night, our room was lovely and big and very clean. The bed was comfortable and there were multiple pillow options. The air conditioning worked perfectly and the room was really well maintained.
