Mauricio “Polaco,” the chef 🧑‍🍳, made food with love - and the birthday cake ❤️. I also need to mention the lady who took care of our room—it was always spotless. This place is not only about the wildlife and nature but, most importantly, about the people. Thank you so much, and keep up the GREAT work you are doing. We loved absolutely everything about this place. The setting, the rustic yet elegant furnishings, the fireplace, the spacious rooms, the nearness of the lake and river, but most of all Fabian’s hospitality. He was a very personable guy, attentive and accommodating to our every need. And holy smokes! What a delicious steak dinner he made.
