Easy access (despite no in person reception). Very clean, modern room with thoughtful shared amenities (fridge, coffee, water). Awesome shower. 10 rooms (total), only two of which were in use so my stay was very quiet. I didn't use the garden area, but it looked lovely. I was walking the Rota Vicentina (Historical), so I didn't have a lot of extra time to check out the town, but I did walk to the Ermida de Nossa (a combo spring fed pool/fountain) which I highly recommend. Dinner at the next-door restaurant (Cafe A Lareira - say hi to Samantha, Hugo and Jessica for me!) was excellent and very informative as the South African/Portuguese owners speak perfect English and know the area very well.

Nice location, good quality for the price. It was a pleasant stay. Room had air conditioning and shower. We were able to use a kitchen to prepare tea and eat our breakfast. There is also a reserved parking slot. And Elvas is nice, we were there during the Medieval festival, which is amazing.
