Fantastic breakfast! You could have done less and it would had been excellent still ) We requested mattress replacement for a harder one and it was complied with within an hour. Monster excellence! Dinner at the palace - fine Italian for those who like. Definitely coming back.

We really enjoyed the hotel. Staff was helpfull and polite. We liked bith the breakfast and dinner. Enjoyed the swimming pool as well :) Location is great!

Great location. Easy walking distance to Sultan Ahmet and a lot of the tourist attractions. Manged to park our car right in front of the hotel which is on small side street. Host provided good recommendations for dinner and breakfast nearby.

The location is PERFECT ! dead center between Sultan ahmet and Galata Tower. Amazing views of the Bosphorus, 5 minute walk to Galata Tower, 1 minute walk to Galata bridge, plenty of taxi's in front, 15 minute walk to Sultan Ahmet. Buffet and dinner is amazing, Breakfast is amazing, staff are amazing ! absolutely loved it. Have stayed here over 5 times.

The rooms were clean and big enough, the staff was really nice and helpful, the food was good - we had dinner(burgers and pizza - very good) and breakfast. It is close to main street were you can find lots of places to eat(if you don't want to eat at the hotel). We could see the mountain from our room from the fifth floor.

We loved our stay at Lagun palas. Staff were very helpful. Rooms are very spacious, and the beds are comfortable. We got free access to tea and coffee for 24h (something tea lovers like us just adored). They did their best to provide us with glutten free dinners and breakfast (we had to explain what ciliac is tho). They made us an amazing vegetable glutten free soup that we requested and was not on their menu! So a big thank you to the chef and all the staff!

The hotel was clean and at a great location. The view was amazing and felt safe for myself and my mom who were traveling alone. The staff is excellent and Hilal the manager did a great job assisting us and answering questions. She would even say hello whenever we passed by. In addition, the chefs, waiters, and security were very friendly as well. The food was fresh and tasted good. There were a variety of options for breakfast and dinner. I also liked that there was always fresh salad ingredients available during meals.
