The hotel is located at the back exit of the Hualien Station, only 3min walk away on a much quieter street. The hotel room is specious and new, with very comfortable bed, and most importantly it’s sparkling clean. The staff is friendly and extremely attentive, but may not have the extensive tourism information, however the official Tourism office is just 3min away at the Hualien Station! I stayed 2 nights there with my elderly parents and they’re very happy with their facility and environment too. I would highly recommended this hotel and will definitely stay there again if I visit Hualien.

The location is perfect. The toilet is spacious and clean. The room is not fancy but comfy. The staff is helpful and polite. Overall pretty decent for the price.

Very rustic and quaint. - Great value for money at 5,200 for an entire house. - Can park right in front of the house. - Quiet area but there is a 7-11 just nearby. - Clean and modern bathrooms.

Staff are lovely, hot springs are really nice, location is great (away from the town and surrounded by quiet country streets), bikes available are in good condition, rooms are quiet, beds are comfortable, hot spring bath in the room fills quickly and are very comfortable, TV is a nice touch and has several English channels available. There's a family mart (local convenience store) 2 minutes walk away and a local place to eat right next door. Free laundry service also.
