The hotel room is specious and new, with very comfortable bed, and most importantly it’s sparkling clean. The staff is friendly and extremely attentive, but may not have the extensive tourism information, however the official Tourism office is just 3min away at the Hualien Station! I stayed 2 nights there with my elderly parents and they’re very happy with their facility and environment too. I would highly recommended this hotel and will definitely stay there again if I visit Hualien.

A traditional Japanese-style house for myself. I loved soaking in a Japanese-style bath. Breakfast was rustic but delicious. Nothing fancy and may not be for everyone, but it was a great experience! (As a Japanese, it reminded me of my grandma's old house.)

There's a family mart (local convenience store) 2 minutes walk away and a local place to eat right next door. Free laundry service also.
