The location was the BEST. It is located right on the Ceramics Old Street. It was walking distance from the bust stop. We were on the 7th floor with a view of the valley behind us. The room and bathroom were large and modern with a high ceiling. Room had good temperature control and a humidifier. Tile floors were kept clean and it came with a small fridge, kettle, small safe and daily clean and snacks. Also there is an elevator. Would definitely stay there again!

The beds were wide and incredibly comfortable, offering a great night’s sleep after a long day of traveling. However, the absolute highlight of my stay was the bathroom with its private hot-spring pool. Having my own hot-spring bath right in the room felt luxurious and deeply relaxing — a perfect way to unwind and enjoy a uniquely Taiwanese experience. The staff deserve special recognition as well. They were consistently friendly, attentive, and very helpful, whether I needed information, recommendations, or assistance with any small detail. Their warm hospitality really enhanced the overall experience. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and a touch of luxury. I would definitely stay here again.

The room was spacious and even had a couch and pantry counter! Breakfast was really good with a variety of food - Taiwanese and continental. Worth the money definitely. And it was just a short walk away from convenience stores.

Location was great, we mainly caught the bus from Huakaifugui bus station to nearby MRT station. We didn't really enjoy breakfast, there were lots of tour groups and the choices were minimal, so we mostly had breakfast outside. We love that the water for the bath is really the authentic hot spring from Wulai. Having a bath it in it for few days really makes your skin smooth as baby! Defs a bonus as we don't have a car to travel to Wulai, having the hot spring in our hotel room is amazing!
