The room is well laid out which gives an impression of space, the view with the large window bay was a nice surprise. The bed was comfortable and the toiletries of high quality. Check-in was easy with no key and no need to talk to anybody. Service was fast and reliable, all through WhatsApp. The wifi was stable and high speed. They provided me additional towels upon request. The neighbourhood is super lively and the room was quiet at the same time. Room has everything you need (coffee machine, iron, ironing board, kettle, AC...) The price was very reasonable for the quality of the service / room and there were always ubers available quickly in the vicinity. The building is moder and the features of high standard. Highly recommend. Perfect if you don't want to pay a hotel or for a business stay (I checked out of the hotel to come here, and am very happy I did).

The staff was so super friendly and welcoming, this made me feel so at home immediately. I also really loved the size of the room, its facilities and how clean it was. It was a perfect place to stay after a long flight and a safe haven to return to after a day out and about in the buzzing city.

Don't overlook this hotel as it is one of the best inner-city hotels we have ever stayed in. The decor may be a little dated, but you will not be disapointed with the service as it is second to none. The owner keeps the hotel running to a very high standard. The staff are top class, caring, friendly and have a great sense of humour. Please thank them. You can see they enjoy working there and care for the place and nothing is too much trouble for them. We must highlight Wayne-del who is a joy to speak to, always eager to help and having him with his fluent English on the reception desk in the daytime is a blessing. I must add here that the gentleman on the night desk (sorry to have forgotten his name) is also very charming and worthy of praise- let me stress again, that all the staff are friendly and helpful. There is an exceptional wellcared for out-door pool and garden area with different cabins and areas to sit in. Their was plenty of food at the buffet breakfast.The rooms are large, they supply blankets, have locked garage parking and having a bath was bliss. Just 15minutes walk to the city center and just a few minutes walk to the charming but small butterfly park. We can't wait to return.
