Stopped off here on the way back from Prague. It was a real gem of a place. We were so happy here that we stayed a second night. We were spoilt with incredible snow and could the enjoy the wonderful spa facilities after a nice long walk in the snow.

It is lovely old place, bigger than what you think it is. Room was a nice size, meal in restaurant very nice plus breakfast too. Very quiet

It was a beautiful and clean apartment. Everything that you could have needed, was provided. There wasn't anything extra that you needed to bring or buy. Nothing could have made the place more perfect.

We loved this hotel, the spa facilities were great, especially the outdoor pool. The food was fantastic, we really enjoyed our breakfasts and the evenings meals. We stayed in a suite which was very comfortable and had a lot of space, we loved sitting on the balcony. Thank you to all the staff for being so helpful and friendly, we would love to stay again.

Location was quiet. Walking distance to Hbf, steam train to Brocken, and city centre. The reception staff were very friendly, knowledgeable and helpfull.
