The welcome was great, the staff were really pleasant. We got a lovely room with a sea and mountain view. It was our wedding anniversary and there was a nice bottle of cava in the room. They were very thoughtful. Breakfast was good and the Thalassotherapy spa was very relaxing. We used the spa every day. The location was great as it had a beach, walks, several restaurants and some nice bars in the immediate location. Plus it was a 20 minute drive into the centre of San Sebastian from there.

The rooms are spacious, comfortable, with a state of the art finish, and also offering the unique view on the garden and the sea. A sheer pleasure! The staff is welcoming, professional and kind.
