My favourite hotel in Brighton! Its located near kost highlights. The staff is kind, the wellness is amazing, the restaurant is off great quality and the rooms are super cosy and comfortable, especially the beds!

The barn has been refurbished to a high standard and the amenities are perfect for the stay. Everything has been carefully thought out, from the complementary coffee and tea etc to the towels and the bedding. The location is beautiful and you open your curtains and windows in the morning to fresh air and calm surroundings with a beautiful lake in front of the barn. The hosts are very welcoming and helpful, we would definitely return!

Nice clean comfortable and well equipped kitchen and throughout. Jacuzzi spa was excellent and extremely well maintained.

Really beautiful surroundings, cozy and comfortable. Lovely little village and pubs with great food. Katherine was really welcoming and accommodating to all requests. Highly recommend to anyone.
