Our stay at the Grand Hyatt, Goa was beyond our expectations and so memorable, that it is clearly the highlight of our trip to India. The property itself is exceptionally beautiful and magical - the architecture, the lighting and layout is reminiscent of ancient times and whispers stories of grandeur. Our room was simply amazing - large, grand and luxurious with touches of care that surpassed all expectations (complimentary snacks, extra bottles of water, fresh fruit, turndown service, personalized notes). Loved the bed, felt like we were sleeping on a cloud. We ate at the Dining Room, the Verandah and sampled the Capiz Bar - all exceptional culinary experiences. I must mention that the Whisky Old Fashioned Cocktail at the Capiz Bar was out of this world! Lastly and certainly not the least - service! The careful and thoughtful attention given to us by multiple staff, the repeated check-ins to ensure we were comfortable, the friendly smiles and chats went so far to make us feel cared for and truly 'royal'. After 25 years of marriage this was our second honeymoon, coming back to roots and reliving special memories. We were so touched that Tanaya, MriduSmita and Sangeeta went out of their way to make it exceptional. You have given us a memory that we will hold close to our hearts always. Thank you to Priyarajan and the housekeeping team for the floor and room care. Mridula at the Capiz Bar, we enjoyed our chat to you and every other staff whose names we cannot remember- at front desk, concierge, room service, bell boys, wait staff, kitchen - Thank you for the care and attention you showered on us. I had booked this place for my parents who were on a pilgrimage to Goa for the exposition of St. Francis Xavier's relics. The wonderful and courteous front office staff of Michelle and Rishi were there to welcome my folks and see them to their room, overlooking a well maintained garden. They also accommodated our request for an early check-in and late check out to match the onward and return flights. Check in was very smooth. The chef and staff Sumeet were there to manage any personalised meal requests, especially as they were elderly. Each meal was prepared with care and love. The hotel guided us on local tourist information and also provided us with a rental car that was clean. My folks really felt at home, and I would highly recommend this stay to everyone and would definitely rebook this property the next time we visit Goa.

Staff were very helpful. Receptionist Yousuf Ali was absolutely great when it came to checking me in. He let me check in 1 hour early. Hotel is 50meter away from the beach and they also have a bar and restaurant on the beach front. Definitely recommend if you're staying in Baga beach area. Lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. Room has fan and air con and also hot water, which you might not need as the cold water was warm enough for me.

The property is lovely and you can totally forget about the outside. The staff was amazing and they really make sure you are enjoying your stay and you have all you need. I also need to highlight that my partner got sick and they were super helpful by helping us to get to the hospital and waiting for us (Priyam from the front desk and our driver Sawant were our heroes that night)
