The most friendly and accommodating staff I have met in a very long time. From the owner personally receiving us to reception accommodating last a minute restaurant reservation for 8 guests! The rooms and grounds of this historic hotel ooze character and charm.

Staff is very friendly, I stayed for the night prior to 7 day hike and they are happy to store my extra luggage for me at additional fee. Hotel location is also very convenient centre location also close to shuttle bus pick up / drop off point.

The breakfast was great and always fresh and plentiful. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Location was great. It’s a family run hotel and everyone went out of their way to accomodate all our needs. The hotel was spotless and rooms were very comfortable.

The hotel offers perfect location with wonderful views, nice area around with the garden to have a rest, quiet neighborhood, and free shuttle bus to Cortina. The bike/walking path is just 300-400 m from the hotel, which is very convenient for exploring the area. The huge advantage is wonderful staff who were friendly, professional, and always ready to assist. Also, we enjoyed the delicious breakfast served each morning. Our son had a fun in the swimming pool every day and in kid zone with a very friendly animator. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations. We will definitely be staying here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-located, and hospitable place to stay.
