It is a new property with vineyards and olive trees around and conveniently located from major attractions, 10 mintes to San Gimignano, about an hour from Siena, and Pienza The rooms are neat and clean with a good view . The first booking was for 3 nights, after arriving we received a warm welcome from Maria (the owner) she handed us the key and the remote of the gate. We went inside and we were flabbergasted by the sheer amount of space this apartment provided for the price. Big kitchen, big living room and 2 large rooms with separate bathrooms. The house is decorated with classical furniture and breathes peacefulness and serenity. The garden is large and opposite of the apartment lives Maria with her family. The garden gives a nice view of the winery and hills in the distance. Everything was clean and nice, so nice that we extended our stay with 2 extra nights. Certaldo is a 12 min drive from the apartment and provides everything you need, good restaurants, and a big COOP supermarket. From Certaldo you can go to Siena and Florence by train, parking is free at the station. Do not hesitate to stay here it's a wonderful apartment in a beautiful place.

Perfect location, right in the heart of San Gimignano, but not noisy at the same time. Incredible views from the room. Very friendly and helpful staff, and a banquet for breakfast, served at individual tables on beautiful terrace. Very clean and spacious room, with air conditioning and coffee and tea making facilities. Beautiful bathroom with hot tub. Overall amazing hotel!

The host is very nice and friendly. The room was a actually three level apartment with a living room, a bedroom, bathroom and a jacuzzi. Very clean and very spacious with a cozy, old style vibe. The back yard is really nice and the view is amazing.

Location is amazing with beautiful scenery. The wine tasting is well worth doing along with the olive and balsamic vinegar. Room was lovely and modern with our own area of sunloungers. The pool is great. Plenty of space for sunbathing and the pool itself is nice and big.
