We only booked Nest B&B for one night while visiting Friesland for a couple of days, but looking back, we really should have stayed longer to enjoy the amazing wellness facilities. The house is absolutely beautiful, blending old charm with modern design. The use of wood and steel throughout gives it a really stylish yet cozy feel. Our room was peaceful, beautifully decorated, and the beds were super comfortable — we slept like a dream. Make sure to book the breakfast! It was incredible: fresh, local, and clearly prepared with a lot of care and passion. Mathijs, the owner, is a wonderful host — warm, welcoming, and clearly passionate about health and well-being. He goes out of his way to make sure your stay is as pleasant and relaxing as possible. If you’re looking for a peaceful escape with a personal touch, this is the place.
