There was a lot of rain when we traveled, but the accommodation was fantastic and we had a wonderful stay. The villa was very comfortable, the spa and indoors swimming pool were amazing, and the staff were very nice and made all efforts to make us feel at home.

The whole garden is very nice, worth a walk in the morning or in the evening. You have to try pastel de nata at the breakfast. It's a must.

Everything! Everything about our stay at the Monverde was just wonderful. The staff went the extra mile in terms of small things that make a really big difference, from a complimentary glass of bubbly on arrival, to special shampoo and shower gel for kids left by the bath for our two year old son! The location was beautiful and the food exquisite. We shall certainly be returning to Monverde.

Everything was amazing, pool, very close to Gerês and Póvoa de Lanhoso, the owners were awesome very nice people, they helped with anything we needed, we will definitely come back soon.
