General feeling and staff attitude. The surroundings are excellent to be close to a large city. This was a return visit and I will be back.

The hotel staff is wonderful. They listened to all requests and fulfilled all wishes. The hotel itself is very beautiful, full of art pieces, and the breakfast is excellent. I would like to thank you for the music that was playing in the restaurant - it's pleasant to the ear and creates a very good atmosphere. I know I will come back here again.

I knew that the hotel was luxurious based on the pictures I saw online, but I had no idea how luxurious it actually was until I got there! The staff is polite and helpful. The rooms are supplied with cocoa, tea, coffee and small snacks, which is very sweet and thoughtful. The rooms and hotel are spotless! The location is super close to Helenelund train station, the metro station, Kista Galleria and Kistamassan. If I ever come to Kista in the future, I will definitely choose this hotel again!

We really liked the location close to the train station, so we could easily get anywhere. The staff was polite, and the room was comfortable. We stayed for 10 days. The breakfasts were tasty but a bit repetitive, so we skipped them during the last few days. Overall, we really enjoyed the hotel.

This hotel is situated beside Central Station, 8 minutes’ walk from Stockholm Town Hall. Guests enjoy free entrance to the gym. The entrance fee for pool and saunas is 200 SEK.

Really great value for money, fantastic location. The breakfast had a lot of choice and the staff were really helpful. As someone who does not speak Swedish I had no issues communicating, and the train station is only a 10 minute walk away.
