We had a wonderful stay here! The place was very clean and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly. We really appreciated the good coffee (for European standards :) ) provided in the room, as well as the pool and jacuzzi - perfect for relaxing after a day of hiking in Zion National Park. The on-site washer and dryer were also a big plus, especially during our 3-week road trip. We've been staying in a new place every 1–2 nights, and so far, this has been the best one. Highly recommended!

Everything. Absolutely perfect place to stay in Springdale. Especially enjoyed an outdoor hottub.

We stayed here for 4 nights and liked everything about it! Sharon is fantastic. She is passionate about the park, her accomodation and ofcourse Sammy ;) The property is very relaxed with plenty of parking, a very nice garden and a hot tub (best view from a hot tub we ever had). Our room had everything we needed and was a great place to get back to after a day of hiking. Just sitting on your own porch and listen to the birds. Just a mile away from the park entrance, what more could you ask for?! The breakfast at Oscar's was delicious.
