Everything was perfect from the moment we entered the apartament to the moment we left. We are a family of 4 and there was everything we could have needed and then some. Aside from that, the apartament was beautifully decorated, felt very warm and welcoming… absolutely the Best location possible for our family vacation!

Wonderful stay, lovely staff, warm breakfast that changes every day, space to park, groceries stories 5/10 drive, easy food delivery and pick up at your doorstep and nice amenities which work! We recommend. Perfect for my bar exam.

The person who checked is in was so nice! She went above and beyond and even let us check out a little later because we arrived super late, which we very much a appreciated. It definitely helped us.

Everything! They have restored a 200 year old house beautifully and it is a one of a kind place. Holly and Daniel are exceptional hosts who went above and beyond with everything and have an encyclopaedic knowledge of the local area. The breakfasts are amazing, freshly cooked every day and made from scratch with love and passion. It seems to be a <30 minute Uber to everything we wanted to do which was ideal. We will 100% be staying here again in the future.

Absolutely Stunning Hotel – Highly Recommended! We had an unforgettable stay at this beautiful and luxurious hotel. Honestly, I can’t imagine what anyone could dislike here — everything was simply perfect! Our Room & View We stayed in room 2604 on the 26th floor, and the view alone took our breath away. We truly felt like royalty! The room was spacious, elegant, and offered a spectacular direct view of the Canadian side of Niagara Falls. Even when it was lightly raining, the scenery was magical. Every night we watched the fireworks over the Falls right from our window — an unforgettable experience. Booking & Value We booked two months in advance, so the price was very reasonable. We also booked two rooms: one overlooking the Canadian side and the other facing the opposite direction. Both views were absolutely gorgeous thanks to the huge floor-to-ceiling windows. The opposite-side room had a stunning sunrise view over the city. Hotel Lobby & Casino The hotel lobby is absolutely beautiful — spacious, elegant, and very impressive. There is also a casino inside. We didn’t gamble, so I can’t comment on that, but the atmosphere downstairs was refined and lively. Accessibility We were traveling with my father, who is disabled, and everything was perfectly accessible — both in the hotel and in the surrounding areas near the Niagara Falls park. It made our stay very comfortable and stress-free. Location The walk to the Falls takes about 10–15 minutes at a relaxed pace, which was ideal for our family. We stayed for two nights and managed to see everything we planned. Final Thoughts We are extremely grateful to the entire hotel team for making our stay so special. I can confidently say I 100% recommend this hotel. It truly exceeded all our expectations

Room, nice location, swimming pool, friendly personal

The location is perfect for event at the KeyBank Center. Did pre check in from the email they sent and our room was ready when we got there at 2:40. Fridge was already plugged in which was great. Was also able to get a parking spot so that was great too.
