We had the most fantastic stay here. The hosts, Lynn and Mick, could not have been more friendly and helpful and instantly made us feel welcome and at home. Simply put, this place is a gem. Its easy access to Franschhoek made popping into the town for food and to catch the Wine Tram a mere few minutes walk. The combination of a spacious, clean and homely room and the well-furnished and welcoming pool and bar area made for a really relaxed and enjoyable stay. Parking was onsite, very easy, and very secure. Can't wait to stay there again! Added bonus was we met some fantastic people also staying at Wilhemina

Very unusual accommodation! If you want to be closer to nature this is the best place. Very comfortable. Very beautiful. Inside there is everything you need. We had a few questions but the staff quickly solved them. Thank them for that. The only thing is that I would like to have more information about the hot tub. On the first day it was prepared by the staff but we waited 2 hours for it to cool down. On the second day we decided to heat it ourselves, it should be noted that it took 3 hours. Overall, everyone liked it!

When you select to book this style of accommodation its for a reason. Once upon a Dome was everything and more than we ever imagined. Fabian is on hand to greet you to starting the Hot tub and showing us around. Its such a great concept and everything was thought of. We stargazed until it started raining so got to experience nature in its entirety. We Spent time on the Chill Net and in the Hot Tub. We were lucky with perfect weather. Loved the bathroom design with a 'garage door' that allows an open air setup. Nevermind the pop up tv screen at the end of your bed. Well done Once Upon A Dome. You have created a magical concept.
