Some apartments have hydromassage bath. It was a very lovely stay in this exceptional apartment. We loved the hot tub indoors and outdoor, sauna and the little gym. Beautiful location :) Apartments were soacious and immaculately clean, very well equipped too. Highly recommended!

There is a lounge with a fireplace, and wellness centre with a steam bath and jacuzzi. Free Wi-Fi can be found in reception. Normally, Booking.com does me a dirty when booking places. I booked one night here and ended up staying for five. Upon my arrival I was met by staff and offered bag carrying. There is free parking out front ( snow brush and ice scraper available) or for 11 euros per night there is a garage. I had two dogs with me who slept in the vehicle, this was not an issue as all rooms are not road facing, if they had barked it would not have disturbed anyone. Just a two minute walk up the road is a trail to the river and park. Elleven minutes drive is Ordino Arcalis ski resort ( also free parking). My room had a heated floor, verypowerful shower that maintained a constant temperature always, big double bed, large TV with all apps, USB and plug sockets each side of the bed. Room has a fridge. The hotel's wifi is fast with a strong connection. Plenty of very nice towels, robes also at no additional charge ( makes a nice change). The room has a thermostat which has very little lag on bringing the temperature up or down, impressive in a large room. The cleaner is exceptionally thorough and the room was turned out beautifully every day even down to mopping the floors. The staff are totally on point, super helpful and accommodating. They arranged the veterinary appointment for my dogs travel back to UK at no extra charge also. My medical conditions ( allergies) were taken into consideration and my room allocated away from the restaurant ( note I did not eat in the restaurant so cannot comment outside of breakfast). My room had a lovelly balcony with views down the valley and of the river cascading down the rocks. The Spa: I used this twice. Once it was busy and quite noisy and another time I had the place to myself which was Bliss. The Spa was an additional fee for 90minute session. The hot stone beds being my favourite. I spent an hour on one ( there are four) listening to audio books.

The location is excellent, offering stunning views of the river, nearby park, and surrounding mountains—a truly picturesque setting. We were pleasantly surprised to receive a huge room with one double bed and two single beds, giving us plenty of space to relax and unwind. A big plus was the underground parking—spacious and very convenient, making our arrival and departure completely hassle-free. The beds were very comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of choices to suit different tastes.

Most of them have a private balcony. The concierge Maria was fantastic and made our stay memorable. The hotel was extremely clean and had a perfect location. We loved our four nights stay here and will highly recommend it.

Staff was very friendly, and always supportive. Dinner and breakfast either inside or on the terrace, offering views over Seu d’Urgell, was great. Breakfast buffet is diverse (some hot dishes, and plenty of other offers). There’s also a nice path through the woods that takes you down and into town. Definitely staying on our repeat list.
