They helped us coordinate activities in the national park and provided transportation. It was overall a wonderful experience!

We were only there for one night, arriving late and leaving early, but seemed like the type of hotel that would have been wonderful to be at for a few days. Great building, room, and facilities. Oh my goodness, everything about our stay was perfect! Monica was a great hostess; she was so attentive to our needs, She went above and beyond to make sure we were good. She helped us as soon as we arrived at the airport and there were NO cars for us to rent because they had closed the roads (due to the high winds that day). She got right on it and helped us get a car that would get us to the cabin at least until a rental car became available. On that first day that we were stuck at the cabin, she recommended places for us to eat and get delivery. Then kept us up to date with the road closures, and gave us advice on where to go during our days there. Her animals are super friendly, the goad, the dogs, the cats. Everything in our cabin was clean and all the appliances worked perfectly. Thankful for this wonderful experience. Everyone was happy at this cabin with the amazing Lago Argentino views, away from the city but the "city" was maybe 10 mins away driving.
