Guests can pamper themselves at the spa centre including facilities such as sauna, steam bath, Turkish hammam and massage. I rarely give feedback, but this was one exceptional SPA adventure. This hotel has it all - from delicious food made from local ingredients, cozy rooms and friendly staff to its crown jewel - the outdoor pool with hot thermal/spring water. The pool must have been the most satisfying part of this journey especially during winter time when the temperature of the air outside is low. That is not all - the hotel has quite big number of SPA amenities such as saunas, salt room, contrast showers, etc that make the experience even better. I will definitely come back when there is some snow outside and enjoy the surrounding nature looking from the pool.

Guests can also enjoy unique Japanese massage techniques, rituals and therapies. Great breakfast and dinner with variety of cooked food. Very nice spa, warm pool and baby pool with bubbles area. Spacious villa with a fire place. Pine forest near the hotel and very calm area.

The spa area includes different types of saunas, a hot tub, a steam bath and a relaxation area. Turkish bath, salt room and massage treatments by professional physiotherapists are also available at a surcharge. We had great stay there, family with two boys(10 and 5). The hotel is clean, warm, there are fun things for the kids, the pool was clean and warm. The breakfast was excellent. All the staff was so polite and willing to help. The food in the reatorant (a la carte) was great. The bartender in the lobby bar was very friendly. It looks like they care for everything in a very professional way and nothing is left on improvisation. 10 / 10 for sure!!!

If you have a fireplace in your room, don't miss having it lit by the hotel, it's an unforgettable experience of the smell of good wood and amazing warmth in the room - for those who come during the snow season.
