The greeting we received upon arriving by car at the Fairmont Hotel was exceptionally warm, setting a positive tone for our entire stay. This warmth extended to the valet parking, where a courteous staff member assisted with our luggage and parked our car. Alex, the receptionist, was among the most welcoming individuals we've encountered at a hotel check-in. Our room had a great view of Lake Louise and was clean. The hotel's location was ideal. Overall, this ranks as one of our top hotel experiences. So impressed were we that we chose to book a stay at the Fairmont Empress Hotel in Victoria for the subsequent weekend, a decision we had previously left open.

First of all, the cleanliness of the accommodation is above normal. It was perfectly cleaned and the view from the mountain view room was so nice. The kindness of the front staff and the cleanliness of the pool were also perfect. No need to see any other hotels. I will visit again next time. It was a perfect trip.
