Royal Savoy Hotel & Spa ligger i centrum af Lausanne, 5 minutters gang fra Genevesøen. Kunstmuseet ligger 10 minutter fra hotellet. Fantastic property! Loved every bit of luxury the hotel offers! The rooms and amenities are great! The bed is very comfortable and the spa services is great too!! It’s quite pricey but worth it since it’s also in a very very good location!

Château de Mathod Chambres d'hôtes ligger 36 km fra Palais de Beaulieu. Overnatningsstedet har gratis wi-fi og gratis privat parkering. Everything. The photos on the app don’t give this place justice. Fabulously renovated rooms with nice amenities such as locally made soaps and such, a Nespresso machine, robes and slippers. There is a pool and the hosts make you feel at home.

Chambres d'hôtes Chez Epicure ligger i Ballaigues og tilbyder indkvartering med en terrasse og gratis wi-fi, 26 km fra Saint-Point-søen og 38 km fra Palais de Beaulieu. Overnatningsstedet har sauna. Audrey and Philippe are such wonderful hosts, we felt right at home! We came with 3 bikes doing a larger bike trek, and it was great to be able to store our bikes in the garage (and pump up the tires), have a great meal (both for dinner and breakfast) with produce and dairy from the region, adjusted to one of our vegetarian diets, and enjoy their company and hospitality. We also really enjoyed the sauna and jacuzzi as a way to relax after a long day of cycling. The village is pretty, and it's perfectly located along different outdoor routes (hiking/cycling). We stayed in the dortoir, which was exactly what we wanted! Many thanks.

Le Mirador Resort & Spa is a 5-star luxury hotel with panoramic views over Lake Geneva, the Alps, and the Rhone Valley. The view is amazing! We could spend quite a bit of time there without wanting to change hotels. Breakfast is delicious, with lots of variety.

The 5-star Chalet RoyAlp Hôtel & Spa offers direct access to the ski slopes in winter and to the Villars Golf Club in summer. You can ski right to and from the front door. Beautiful clean modern gorgeous views nice breakfast

Det majestætiske Hôtel Victoria ligger i Glion oven for Montreux (der er forbindelse via kabelbane) og er kendt for sin betagende udsigt over Genevesøen og de snedækkede alper. The hotel is beautiful! The garden, the views and every detail. The staff is really nice and we had an amazing time.

Chalet Calin - Business & Familles ligger i Arzier, kun 32 km fra Palexpo. Her er en have, en terrasse og en døgnåben reception. The location is excellent. 30 minutes outside Geneve in the direction of Lausanne. There are 3 bedrooms all with excellent beds and good quality bedding. The kitchen is very well equipped with all you require for a comfortable stay. There is a air fryer and microwave/ grill over, conduction hob and washing machine. Chris and Gioia provide a most welcome welcome pack with water, milk butter, bread and jam and a bottle of local wine. The toilet and shower room are separate which is useful for a family of 4, and there is a sauna in the shower room, which we used once and regretted not using more! The property also has a hot tub which is an awesome way to relax after a hard day's sight seeing. There is also another surprise in the property in the form of a table that converts into a pool table or table tennis table. This was also used to its full advantage. The Denner supermarket is 5 min walk away and has everything you need, meat and veg. milk etc. There was no need to go to another Supermarket but there are bigger supermarkets in Gland or Nyon which are both about 15 in away by car. There is a lovely boulerangerie 5 mins walk away as well for pastries and fresh bread. There is a pizza takeaway at the bottom of the road which makes delicious pizza. The other villages around have plenty of restaurants if you want to eat out. Prices are similar to Ireland for eating out and for groceries, remember to add the exchange rate. We used Revolut and bought CHF with no fees. The location is excellent for exploring the area around Lake Geneva. Chris and Gioia are excellent hosts, available for advice and ideas for things to do in the area. friendly and fun.
