The cabaña is very clean, and very well built. The bed is comfortable and the hot tub and shower very warm and relaxing. The room has internet and tv if needed. Clemencia and Ricardo were great hosts. The breakfast in the morning was delicious and fresh. The property is a large area with many birds and is very tranquil. Clemencia took us on a tour of the farm and we got to pick some coffee berries for the experience. She laso helped us arrange food delivery and was very kind and caring. We were hot one night as we were not used to the humidity and so Ricardo brought us a fan and a large water jug for us. Easy to get to by bus and the town is walkable. Bear in mind the town is on a mountain so there's some walking to do to get to town (around 20 mins). We had a wonderful time at Hacienda Las Mercedes and the coffee was excellent. Would definitely stay here again!

The location and the dome cabin we stayed in where amazing. The property, the landscape, the view, the surrounding nature, it was all really lovely and even better than what we expected. Our cabin was really clean. well appointed and tastefully decorated (like the rest of the resort). We used the outside fireplace with the wood and fire starter that Jorge provided to start a fire at night. In the beautiful breakfast room Jorge provided us with a fresh breakfast of coffee, orange juice, papaya, bread with fresh jam and eggs. It was really nice. Jorge really goes the extra mile to accommodate his guests, and he offered us a lot of help with logistics and planning activities in the vicinity (the hike to the La Chorrera waterfall is highly recommended).
