Perfect place to chill out for 8 nights after the crazy city of Bogata. The staff and owners treated me like family. Good food, nice pool and hot tube(cold tub)! Up at 1000 feet in elevation it never felt to hot. The monkeys, birds and frog sounds were amazing. They hired a guide for me to go hiking in the Tayrona national park ,which was beautiful, with a much needed swim once we got to a safe beach. Highly recommend Tawaca if you just want to relax and take in the peace of the mountains.

The place feels original and thoughtfully designed, with a clear respect for nature that you can sense everywhere. On top of that, the staff, especially Kevin and Tatiana, were amazing — super friendly, warm, and always happy to help. They paid attention to every little detail and genuinely made us feel welcome throughout our stay.

Villa Tayrona is in the umido forest and is wonderful. It seems to stay in a paradise full of flowers and colorful birds. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Food is delicious and the staff is kind and smiling. It is six minutes walking from el zaino entrance of park Tayrona.

The hotel itself is fantastic and it has a luxury feel to it. The location by the beach and the river is amazing. The place was very clean and because there aren't that many rooms, you feel like you have the place to yourself. Alongside the location of the Hotel, the food was the best that we had in Columbia - For Lunch and Dinner there is such a wide range to choose from and it always was very tasty and freshly prepared. Only a short 5 minute taxi ride to the entrance of Tayrona park as well which was good. All round, a great place to stay.

Cabaña Guacamaya Cielva Tayrona Vista al Mar y Jacuzzi Privado ligger ca. 36 km fra Quinta de San Pedro Alejandrino. Her er balkon, kaffemaskine og bjergudsigt. I stayed here alone for two nights and it was absolutely perfect! A big thank you to the hosts, Sebastian and Kelly, for organizing everything and taking such good care of me. The place is ideal if you want to relax and connect with nature — it’s peaceful, surrounded by greenery, and just 200mts meters from the road, right in front of Playa Angeles. It’s also super convenient to catch the bus, so getting around is no problem at all. Everything in the description is accurate and clearly explained. Highly recommended!

We spent an amazing week here. Including the guided hike up to the Terrazas Bunkuany (Carlos was a fabulous guide, and his cousin served us a big yummy lunch at her restaurant in the mountains).
