Such a lovely place, lost in the middle of silence and forest ! Perfect to ressource yourself ! Don't hesitate to talk with the owner and ask him to cook local food ! We had moose stew and home made mashed potatoes ! It was just delicious ! The room was clean and big enough for a couple. Well equiped ! Place easy to find with a GPS. Forest all around to walk and Reindeers come to walk on the lake or in the backyard.

Kurula's Resort ligger i Pyhätunturi, 18 km fra Amethyst Mine, og har et privat strandområde, et fælles opholdsområde og en terrasse samt gratis privat parkering. The location by the lake, the beautiful view of the woods and lake from the balconies. The northern lights apparently can be perfectly seen from the balconies, but we weren’t lucky to have them. The room was spacious, there was a well equipped kitchenette and the bathroom is big. And there was a spacious sauna! One of the beds faces the big windows directly, another was in a separate room that we did not use but would be very good for children. For fee and with reservations there is access to a large sauna and jacuzzi by the lake, so that a dip in the lake is possible. We did not do that, too cold for us!
