Each cosy cabin at Holiday Village Inari includes kitchen facilities. Most of the cabins have a private bathroom, a sauna, a TV and lake views, while some also include a seating area with a fireplace. The staff are all very helpful and nice people. We were allowed to check-in 2hrs earlier because our room was ready. They also helped us book our snowmobile aurora tour and the last min usage of the on-premise sauna room (which is chargeable). We really liked the interiors of the aurora hut, it was very nicely furnished and had everything we needed. Breakfast was also included in our booking and the spread was pretty decent.

The hotel has three different room types. The Wilderness Rooms are located in the main building and the newer Juutua Suites and Arctic Rooms in separate buildings. The rooms are double rooms. Some rooms are located upstairs, accessible by stairs. All rooms have a private bathroom, flat-screen TV, WiFi, kettle and hairdryer. Some rooms have a private sauna. Excellent hotel! The view was amazing from both room and restaurant. Restaurant Aanaar is top quality restaurant and the breakfast is absolutely fantastic. I would recommend the hotel at any time of year.

Kätkä Lake Lodge is truly a magical place! We really enjoyed our stay here and honestly, the lodge was our favorite stay during our week long trip to Finland. Firstly, Mikko, the owner is a fantastic host. Always there to answer our questions and really appreciated his help/comments regarding road conditions before we got there. Second, if you are looking for a place that provides peace and tranquility, the lodge is it. We really enjoyed snowshoeing on the trail across the way, it made me so happy! We also highly recommend booking the activities offered by the resort — they are very well organized and truly add to the overall experience. An unforgettable stay, we will definitely come back!

Located in Salla, Lapland region, Salla Wilderness Lodges is set 3.1 km from Salla Mountain. Providing a restaurant, the property also has a terrace, as well as a hot tub. Every room is equipped with a balcony. It is a charming city away from Rovaniemi, it was a bit of scary ride of 2h30min over snow and icy roads. But getting there, we love everything about the place, our room was perfect, the pictures are as true as the experience. We had our private sauna and jacuzzi which we spoiled ourselves everyday. Breakfast and dinner was nice at the receptiom. The place is near to all attraction ski and the middle of nowhere views. We will be returning as we are in love with everything here! We even saw the northern lights from our room.

The location by the lake, the beautiful view of the woods and lake from the balconies. The northern lights apparently can be perfectly seen from the balconies, but we weren’t lucky to have them. The room was spacious, there was a well equipped kitchenette and the bathroom is big. And there was a spacious sauna! One of the beds faces the big windows directly, another was in a separate room that we did not use but would be very good for children. For fee and with reservations there is access to a large sauna and jacuzzi by the lake, so that a dip in the lake is possible. We did not do that, too cold for us!
