The hosts Laurence and Benoit were amazing, very friendly and helpful. The quality of the place, the details, their welcome and the amazingly delicious breakfasts were simply exceptional. We had a wonderful stay at Villa Mady and we are looking forward to go back. Bikes and kayaks available for free on site. Quick walk to the Bassin d'Arcachon. Walking distance to the Centre Ville, about 1.5 kms where many restaurants and shops are. The Port Ostreicole where te local oysters are sold within degustation cabins is a 5 minutes drive away.

Beautiful home and a very comfortable room. Close to the pretty town where we had a good dinner. The owner was very friendly and helpful. Looking forward to a return visit.

This was a stunning place and a perfect couple of nights of luxury to end our two week break traveling around France. The hosts were very kind, helpful and accommodating. Thank you again for making us so welcome. The pool area and location in general was gorgeous. So peaceful. One of the holes on the golf course goes past, but this is in no way obtrusive. Our room (Cuba) was wonderfully themed and decorated - really unique. They have really taken the time to create a beautiful place and it's all the more touching to read about an accidental fire years ago which meant they had to start all over again. Breakfast was lovely. Yes, as some other reviews have mentioned it was a little strange being delivered to outside your door, but we actually enjoyed this. It meant we could enjoy a private, quiet breakfast together on what felt like our own little front garden. Some other nice touches, like some welcome wine on arrival and your own parking space. Realistically you need to have your own car to stay here. We did several trips to and from Arcachon and Gujan-Mestras, which was very straightforward.

Philippe Starck’s new project, the hotel Ha(a)ïtza is located next to the Dune of Pilat and the famous hotel La Co(o)rniche. LOVED everything about this hotel!!! Beautiful, stylish, clean, modern, comfortable. Loved hanging out at the pool. Great neighborhood. I can’t wait to go back. Exceeded my expectations!!

Everything. The hosts John and Audrey took so much trouble to ensure everything was perfect. Beautiful tranquil location. Swimming pool area was beyond lovely.All beautifully landscaped. Plenty of sunbeds and sunshades. The room was scrupulously clean. Huge bed and very comfortable. Bikes were provided free of charge. Everything you could want for a break was there.

Laurence was really lovely and the cabin was really clean when we arrived. The outside area is absolutely gorgeous and really relaxing.
