Véronique and Olivier are the perfect hosts. Their cooking is excellent, using ingredients locally sourced, or direct from their vegetable plot. We visited some delightful places following their recommendations, finishing the days with a dip in the pool and an aperitif in the garden. We look forward to another visit.

Everything was perfectly clean, fragrant and well thought out – from the soft towels to the beautiful decorations. The bed was extremely comfortable, the mattress was high quality, the bed linen was as soft as a cloud – we slept like babies. A bonus was the coffee station with a selection of teas and capsule coffee, which we especially appreciated in the morning with the window open overlooking the quiet streets of Brissac. --- 💬 Hosts: French-style hospitality The owners were incredibly kind and welcoming - they welcomed us with a smile, gave us restaurant tips, recommendations for nearby excursions and even booked us a tour of the Brissac Castle. They were always there when we needed something, but at the same time respected our privacy. Their hospitality was sincere and natural, which created a great atmosphere throughout our stay. --- 🍽️ Breakfast: A little gourmet experience The breakfast was exceptional! Served in a beautiful, bright space or on the terrace, depending on the weather. Freshly baked croissants every day, homemade jam, fruit, cheese, yogurt and a selection of quality coffee or tea. Everything was delicious, local and prepared with love.
