The tall privacy fence was great and the feel of our own backyard. Beds, bedding and towels were high end and comfy. Wonderful to have 2 en-suite bathrooms in each bedroom. Great showers. Very clean. Living room area was perfect to spread out. Each bedroom and living room had AC/Heat, but we didn’t need it. Restaurant on property was fantastic for dinner. Breakfast comes with the booking and was good. Nice to have 11a check out. Lovely staff!

Only about 20 mins from York and we also went into Knaresborough which was gorgeous. The hot tub was incredible, the whole feel of the place was lovely. It was stocked with everything we could need with our stay. The owners were lovely.

Sutton Hall Resort ligt in Thirsk, op 30 km van pretpark Lightwater Valley en 37 km van Ripley Castle. Just loved the whole experience. Wished we were able to spend more time there. Got there around 7pm after a day of sightseeing and traveling. We didn't meet any staff, so at that point it was self checkin, which went fairly smoothly. Enjoyed evening swimming at the pool. And lovely walk around the gardens the next morning. Extended our time there to enjoy the facility. Much more than expected. Family wants to come back to spend more quality time.
