The rooms were spotless and featured a beautifully designed interior. The staff were always smiling, approachable, and extremely friendly, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Breakfast was delicious, offering a wide variety of foods along with great coffee. The location was perfect: just a 10‑minute walk to the sea and surrounded by restaurants and shops. Overall, a wonderful experience and definitely worth recommending

We HAVE to talk about the staff at Pillow Urban Stay. I mean really...from very easily understood written suggestions for food choices and insanely funny exchanges about Thessaloniki and the goings on about the day...it makes you want to move there and have them over for dinner. Ok, ok, ok, let's talk about Thessaloniki. Energy, vitality...plenty of late-night conversational noise rising up from the outdoor sitting spaces in the narrow city street (alley?) two floors below. GET OVER IT! If you want quiet, go to natural retreat type place. Exhaust yourself being in awe of the sites and amazing food you get to enjoy in Thessaloniki and you will sleep just fine. So, yes, do yourself a favor and book a visit here.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, close to everything I needed. The staff were very polite and helpful throughout my stay. The breakfast offered a great variety of food and everything was very tasty. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.
