Location and welcome were great. We were traveling with our two dogs and they even supplied dog beds and handmade treats and bowls - unexpected and nice touch! The shower was great and the room was well designed and appointed. A quiet room is vital to us and although right on a main street, the rooms face a quiet courtyard and were very quiet.

Couple of things to know: watch your step for a step down in the middle of the lobby when you come in; and it is ok to drive right to the front door of the hotel even though the sign says pedestrians only.

The hotel is very nice, the staff is very responsive and kind. The hotel has its own private parking, which is very valuable, as most hotels in Thessaloniki do not have their own parking. There are many restaurants around the hotel. The hotel staff has a very good and friendly attitude towards the dogs that are guests of the hotel. I recommend this hotel.
