I found it clean and organized. The staff was very attentive. My friend had a health issue, and they were kind in helping us. They also fulfilled our request for an early breakfast. It is a nice place to stay, with a wonderful view.

The Palms Concept Hotel Adults Only 16 Plus ligger i Faliraki, 16 minutters gang fra Ladiko Strand, og har en sæsonåben udendørs swimmingpool, et fitnesscenter og en have samt gratis privat parkering.... This was my 7th visit to Rhodes (4th time in Faliraki) and I'm already planning to come back and stay in this hotel next time! This is a 'startup' hotel with a lot of potential - completely renovated, with a jacuzzi or swimming pool in some rooms. It has everything you can expect - kettle, coffee/ tea, fridge and complimentary drinks, shower gels/shampoo and even bathrobes! The hosts are very kind and happy to help with any questions (we got a tip for a local honey producer). The bay view from the room was to die for. The breakfast was ok (maybe something to improve) but we didn't mind considering there were peacocks looking for some treats :) Tip - rent a car in the airport so you can drive to different locations every day as it's a central location for everything (Airport, Rhodes town, Lindos, Tsambika beach and even Prasonisi is no more than 1h away)

The property was very clean and the host was wonderful!! she was very kind and friendly. She made sure that we had a great experience and that we had a comfortable stay. The room was amazing!! very nice restroom with jacuzzi tub, big tv and the bed was super comfortable. Had everything we needed and the rooms are cleaned daily if needed. The location was perfect it is Super close to the beach and old town. Plenty of restaurants and markets all within walking distance. Nice pub across the street with good drinks and a great breakfast restaurant just a few doors down. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PKACE!! This is where I plan to stay on future trips to Rhodes.
