Out of curiosity, we spoke to the hotel staff about the feedback, and they mentioned they’ve been working hard to improve. It shows! The included breakfast was absolutely delicious and gave us the perfect start to our day. The staff were wonderful—always friendly and eager to help. Getting around the property was seamless, as we never had to wait for a golf cart to take us to our room. Overall, this property exceeded our expectations. From the stunning views to the thoughtful amenities and excellent service, it was a truly memorable experience. Highly recommend it!

The facilities are very well kept and staff go above and beyond to make your stay in the hotel and experience in Peten a trip to remember. Kevin Guerra from the reception orgsnized fantastic tours for my family, the service providers were excellent.

The accommodation offers 4-star accommodation with a hot tub. The beautiful scenery nested in nature. The staff are SO LOVELY, kind and attentive and helpful- they all made the stay extra special. The breakfast view of the lake and the wonderful array of birds and animals (spider monkeys!) that can be seen from the property. The relaxing pool area and mirador too! 🩷 great location for tours to Tikal, Yahxa etc. Wish we had more time to explore more of the area and do a bird watching tour too.

Speaking English and Spanish, staff will be happy to provide guests with practical advice on the area at the 24-hour front desk. Such a nice place with a wonderful view. The room was very clean and super comfortable. The atmosphere here was really nice although a bit sad that the water in the whole area is taking over . At the check out we had a little trouble with the included breakfast via booking.com but in the end, after a short call with the manager the owner talked to the staff of the hotel and made everything clear. It's been a very nice place and we would always recommend to others! 😀
