Rosch accompanied us to our suite, explained the amenities and technology, and ensured our luggage was promptly delivered. Over the next days, Rosch was always available for our questions, ensured our comfort, provided essential information, and assisted with transfer bookings. His friendly and attentive demeanor made us feel at home at the ITC Gardenia. In the mornings, Rajdeep and Imran greeted us warmly and always fulfilled our requests for quiet seating at breakfast. In the evenings, Swapnil’s attentiveness and friendliness allowed us to relax and enjoy drinks in the lounge. The entire staff demonstrated exceptional professionalism, respectful communication, and service orientation. The welcoming atmosphere at the entrance and the friendly, patient security checks made every return to the hotel a pleasure. The restaurant and bar teams delivered consistently outstanding service, making our time there highly enjoyable. Special thanks to Rosch for organizing our smooth departure, ensuring the driver and luggage were ready on time. Kiran swiftly handled our bags and, with his colleagues, loaded them into the car. Raghuprasad, our reliable and courteous driver, impressed us with his safe driving, punctuality, and well-maintained vehicle. We appreciated his knowledge and enjoyed conversing in English, learning about the places we visited. Reflecting on five nights at the ITC Gardenia, we are grateful for the exceptional service and warm hospitality that made our stay unforgettable. Featuring a spectacular infinity swimming pool which overlooks the Kabini River and a spa with pampering ayurvedic treatments, Evolve Back Kabini provides a luxurious retreat in scenic Siddapur. The ambience was amazing, the staff very patient, understanding and hospitable. They tried everything to make your stay stand out. Very courteous and they keep checking in with you to see if everything is going on track.

Spread over 20 acres of landscaped gardens, this city retreat is located in central Bangalore next to Bangalore Golf Club. My wife and I really enjoyed our stay for 5 nights. The staff were very helpful and welcoming. In particular, Mr.Nadarajan, who met us and guided us at the airport, and even at departure. Mr Arjun at front desk and Miss KC, who went out of her way to help us with the room change requested. Mr.Diwakar, the bartender who really made us feel welcome. The Machan restaurant staff were also very attentive and helpful at breakfast each day. The food in both Machan and Loya is superb. The spa, though a little expensive, was also an amazing experience.

Our room was comfortable, the staff were polite, and the overall vibe was calm and refreshing. It was the perfect spot for a quiet escape together
