Beautiful accommodation and location, host very welcoming and helpful, after a week in a motorhome and second rate rv parks this was pure luxury, easy walking distance to everything, loved San Vincenzo itself, think it might be my new happy place, definitely recommend.

If you're looking for a break from the fast-paced city life or you're a nature lover, this is the place! The tent is really nice, the jacuzzi in front, the delicious breakfast, and the views are stunning! The staff is friendly and kind. We had a couple of requests and they were there to help us right away! Highly recommended!

Villa Valentina Versilia ligger 8 minutters gang fra Spiaggia di Viareggio Strand og tilbyder en have og en terrasse samt indkvartering med aircondition, gårdhave og gratis wi-fi. Valentina was wonderful! Very helpful from recommending where to eat to providing me with laundry service. Her and her father made us feel like family! Great location easy free parking.

Apartment rooms are very clean and modern , location is amazing,staff is very friendly and also supportive - we asked for a baby chair and we been offered with one , we asked for later checkout due to our train scheduled and we been offered for stay for extra time since we were travelling with little baby. laundary room was a nice bonus and also complementary breakfast on the morning of our check-out

Everything was perfect. The building and the rooms are beautifully renovated. Cleaning was exceptional. The sea and the main street with good restaurants are within 2 minutes of walking. The breakfast was good quality: a wide selection of sweet and salty dishes, pastries, hams, cheese. There was delicious home made bruschetta, and home made cakes too. There are gluten and lactose free options as well. Safe parking even for larger cars is possible both in the courtyard and on the street, but reserve in advance, as the spaces are limited. I have to mention the staff: Giacomo was the best host whom I ever met during my travels in the last 15 years across Europe. He is super nice, very polite and very helpful. He gave good restaurant advices, he even called and made reservations for us and for many places he can give discount vouchers too. There was also a very nice young girl, who baked the cakes which were amazing. We will definitely come back! Thank you!!

After having an awful experience at another place in Piombino, we had to leave immediately and find somewhere to stay last minute in high season and we’re so grateful we found this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff were welcoming, professional, and incredibly helpful. They even upgraded our room, which was such a thoughtful gesture and exactly what we needed after a very very stressful day. The room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable — a true breath of fresh air. The whole hotel had a calm, well-kept atmosphere that made it easy to relax. Everyone we interacted with was kind and efficient, and even though we could only stay one night (as they were fully booked after), we would have happily stayed longer. Also worth mentioning — the prices for poolside snacks and drinks were fair and reasonable, which is refreshing to see at a hotel, especially after such a last-minute booking. The property was filled with trees and flowers that smelled so good. This stay turned our day around and reminded us what good hospitality looks like. Highly recommend!

The staff were extremely lovely and accommodating. We travelled with our 1yo son and everything was prepared for him in the room. We loved the breakfast set up - it’s served in a beautiful winter garden next to their orchard. The restaurant is nice and convenient, both for couples and families.
