Martha is very welcoming and helpful owner, the apartment and the outdoor areas are perfectly clean, we thouroughly enjoyed our stay. You can easily reach other parts of the island by bus, the bus stop is just a few steps away. This whole beautiful place feels very safe and relaxing, thank you very much for making our vacation special :)

Breakfasts (and other meals) are in a beautiful open air covered patio overlooking the swimming pool and palm trees. Recommend the mezza pensione/half board in which dinner is included. The dinners include several antipasti/appetizers, a primo/pasta, a secondo/meat which was usually fresh local fish, dessert, and wine made by the owners. Very good value for the money and everything was freshly made at the moment! A bonus: the best beach on Ischia, San Francesco, is an easy 10-minute walk from the residence. Will definitely return! The staff is like family!

Gave us a free upgrade, the owner offered to take us out for food where we went to an amazing restaurant for dinner. Even though we were late for breakfast he kept the food waiting for us. All the staff were fantastic – always friendly and helpful. They even arranged a smooth transfer for us from the accommodation to the port when needed, which made our stay very confortable. A very beautiful place where I would love to come back.

The hotel is located close to the beach but it is a little far from the Ischia Port so a bus needs to be taken to reach. The breakfast was delicious. The room was clean and had everything listed.
