The hotel was very helpful with arranging a shuttle to the lifts, information on bus stops etc and most of all the family owned business allowed us a private ski instructor Matteo. Thanks Matteo for all the help as this was our first ski trip and me and my wife thoroughly enjoyed it! You helped us immensely and we were able to do a blue run or two, which I personally thought would only happen on our next trip. See you soon! The rustic feel of the property blended with the well thought out spa facilities gave such a unique experience. Marco was a wonderful host and made us feel very welcome. The location was great and we had easy access to various parts of the slopes so we could explore different pockets every day. The pictures don’t do the place justice it has such an authentic feel and the views are wonderful. It is a very quiet village so we felt we had the whole place to ourselves. Marco has a local wine shop in the Sestriere which you have to visit and see all the wonderful local produce. I can’t rate this highly enough if you are wanting to have a cosy, rustic holiday with an element of luxury.

We enjoyed our stay and the super friendly and service minded staff! The half board is great value: really super nice 4 course dinner served with a big smile. All rooms face south west with a terrace and you wake up to the sun over the mountains 😁 Getting around is easy, bus or walk to the lifts and the city centre. A great skiing area and also hiking options (snow permitting) on the south facing slopes.
