Amazing and accomodating hosts - Nao went out of his way to ensure we had dinners booked each night, he also gave us recommendations of ski resorts to visit and was able to set us up with lift passes each morning. The hosts also kindly picked us up and dropped us from the bus terminal. Excellent food - breakfast was included each morning and was always delicious and fresh. We were also fortunate enough to have Kimi's dinner menu one night which was an amazing experience Facilities - common area was warm, clean and spacious. It was fun to play Switch after getting back from the slopes. There were also massage chairs which was great to relax. Location - bus stop to take us to Hakuba slopes was a 1 minute walk from the hotel. Convenience stores and Echoland were also a short 10-15 minute walk away

Pension Belnina ligger i Hakuba i regionen Nagano i nærheden af Happo One Skisportssted og Hakuba Happo Busterminal og tilbyder indkvartering med gratis wi-fi, gratis privat parkering samt adgang til... Amazing amenities (private onsen was the best), close proximity to great restaurants and bars (walking distance, but still peaceful and quiet at Belnina), delicious home cooked breakfast buffet, and the absolute kindest owner. The experience was very personable and we will definitely be back!

Pension Tomato ligger 10 minutters kørsel fra skisportsstedet Hakuba Happo-One og tilbyder rummelige værelser i vestlig stil med hems. Love it. Super friendly hosts who helped us a lot, offered to pick us up, take us to hire gear at echoland (with discount at affiliated store), take us to deliver our luggage and send us to the station upon checking out. Booked restaurants for us too since we didn't have a local phone number. Thank you so much! Great accommodation, very cosy and nice atmosphere, vending machine inside, 2 onsen rooms (one of which has an outdoor onsen too, very nice in the snow) which can be used privately by booking each day. Drying room for ski gear is very convenient. Short walking distance (<5 min) to free local bus stop to goryu, happo, iwatake and also to echoland base camp for the hakuba valley shuttle. Buses only run a few each day and finish pretty early, best to not miss the last one as getting a taxi can be a pain! Breakfast needs to be booked by 10am from the previous day, but it's amazing, highly recommended.

The location is fantastic for the bus shuttle. Be sure to book with the breakfast and have a dinner there. The breakfasts and the Sukiyaki were some of the best meals I had on my stay in Japan. The room itself is quite spacious than what I was anticipating and the beds keep you warm.

Three of us stayed here for 5 days. We had the best time! The accommodation was extremely clean and comfortable with great facilities, including a storage area for all of our ski and snowboard gear. There’s also a bus station right down the street that takes you to Iwatake (which you can then transfer to another bus that takes you to every resort.) The best part were the owners — they were so kind and welcoming even though we did not speak Japanese. They cooked us breakfast and dinner and both were so delicious. We highly recommend and would definitely stay again! Thank you so much for the wonderful stay😁
