The 3-star aparthotel has air-conditioned rooms with a private bathroom and free WiFi. The aparthotel has a hot tub and a lift. The location was perfect, at the center of Grand Hirafu where everything is walking distance. The room was also nice and clean - biggest room Ive ever stayed at in Japan.

Set in Kutchan and with Hirafu Station reachable within 12 km, Park Hyatt Niseko Hanazono offers concierge services, allergy-free rooms, a garden, free WiFi throughout the property and a bar. 5.2 km from Asahigaoka Park and 5.6 km from Kutchan Station, the property provides a ski pass sales point, as well as ski-to-door access. Guests also enjoy access to the indoor pool and fitness centre, as well as the sauna and hot tub. The property is very modern and relatively new. However, I was impressed by the level of thought that went into every facet of our stay, from the room's views to the design touches, furnishings, and standard amenities. The food in general was fantastic. The breakfast buffet was especially exceptional. There was a variety of Japanese, Chinese, and Continental/American style items, but the quality of the local Hokkaido produce and ingredients put it over the top. We ate at two restaurants, an Italian and Japanese grill, as well as the Lobby dining area. All three were fantastic. Their pool and Onsen were modern, spotless, and had plenty of towels (a pet peeve). The service was remarkable as well. Any issues we encountered were dealt with immediately and without any pushback.

The hotel boasts a public bath and open-air bath. All rooms feature a seating area with a flat-screen TV. The kitchenette is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle and espresso machine. The private bathroom comes with bath amenities including a shampoo, conditioner and body soap. Sincerely this was an incredible hotel. One of the best I did in all my ski travel. Expensive maybe, but it Worth it. I rent a car so the distance was not an issue. 5 min ride to hirafu village. Free parking at the hotel. Parking for hirafu mountain was not an issue at all, if you arrive before 9am you will have free parking. Everything is easily accessible by car, and the hotel is well located. The rooms are really spacious and beautiful. You have everything you need. Bedding is comfortable (I love the tatami experience). From the bathroom to the living room they provide everything. EVERYTHING IS NEET!! So much natural light in the room. They offered laundry machine free of charge on every level, with free drying till 22:00 pm. Also really convenient. WiFi not the fastest but do the job. Breakfast is very good (not fabulous) you have a variety of japanese and American food. They provide ski storage also. And it's hot enough to DRY your boots over night (a lot a place don't do that) The onsens are perfect and open to 11pm, so that's fabulous. I highly recommend this place. You'll have an amazing stay in Niseko. Thank you for this incredible experience.

Great location - just outside of the fray and busy Niseko night life and yet close enough to walk everywhere including the mountain.

Some units at the apartment complex boast a fireplace and a heated pool. Some of the units have a satellite flat-screen TV, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, and a private bathroom with a hot tub and slippers. In some units there is a dressing room for guests to change in. This hotel is was amazing ,especially the all the staff is was helpful . Great arrangement while we plan to go other place . The room was amazing , I like the corner window ,❤️

The holiday home consists of 3 bedrooms, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and a coffee machine, and 2 bathrooms with a hot tub and slippers. Towels and bed linen are offered in the holiday home. For added privacy, the accommodation features a private entrance. House was clean and warm. All household items were as clean as new. The TV was also large. I even liked the bidet in the bathroom.^^ The hot spring water was also really good. I liked the surrounding village as it had a quiet and peaceful atmosphere. There was a large snow field near the accommodation that few people visited, so it was great to play in the snow. My family stayed for 4 nights, and we definitely want to come back next time and stay longer. It was a place I really liked.
