The meals we had were really delicious - even our very "meal-conservative" kids enjoyed it (we had dinner and breakfast). Muhammad and his family are very nice and welcoming people. We felt like at home. The house is really beautiful, rooms big enough, beds comfortable, common space cozy. Breakfast in the fresh air in front of the house with mountain view was just perfect :)

Ismael, one of the brothers, greeted us personally and instantly made us feel at home. He has this amazing way of making you feel like a valued guest and an old friend at the same time. The other brother is the chef, and wow… his cooking was unforgettable. We had a five-course dinner that was both beautifully presented and absolutely delicious – honestly one of the best meals we’ve ever had while traveling. And breakfast is fresh, generous, and so tasty all from local ingredients. This is the kind of place you’ll want to recommend to everyone you know but also secretly keep for yourself. A perfect mix of high-end design, warm hospitality, and food you’ll be dreaming about long after you leave.

Gæsterne har adgang til et boblebad og udlejning af cykler. we had a lovely stay with Mohamed, who was extremely welcoming and attentive, from meeting us at centre of village to providing many pots of tea and a delicious lunch. then we start trip to the camp with him and it went wonderfully; music, campfire, desert dunes and camels…. The works! I don’t think we would have had anywhere near as good an experience in Erg chigaga if it hadn’t been for him. We only spoke English and felt like he could deal with our many questions, both practical questions for our stay but also helping with our interest in the area. It is not often you find such a friendly and proactive host! thank you

Ksar Elkabbaba Kasbah & SPA ligger i Skoura og har udsigt til byen, restaurant, et fælles køkken, bar, have, udendørs pool (der er åben hele året) og terrasse. This is an gorgeous kasbah. The buildings and gardens are wonderful. We stayed at smaller riads in other locations and loved them. This is a larger and has more of a resort-like feel. But it's so well done that it doesn't matter. It's a great choice for Skoura.

Bivouac La Dune Blanche ligger i Mhamid og har bjergudsigt, restaurant, et fælles køkken, bar, have, udendørs pool (der er åben hele året) og terrasse. Amazing location in the Sahara desert, very quiet and peaceful. Basic but authentic accommodation, with en suite facility which was important to us. Salah was a fantastic host, an excellent chef, serving authentic Berber cuisine - the best food we’ve enjoyed so far. And our outstanding experience was riding on the camels (dromedaries) through the desert. Perfect.
