Some accommodation includes a terrace with sea views, a fully equipped kitchenette and a private bathroom with shower. In this place we saw big aurora activity for hours. As the 3 faces of the room and the ceiling are covered with clean glass, it was very comfortable (lying in bed) to wait for the activity to begin. As the aurora started to move in, we moved quickly ouside to take pictures. We even enjoyed the hot Jacuzzi while watching aurora. It was a life-time experience. We were very lucky, I guess. Room is rather on the small side. No room for big luggages. Jacuzzi was adequately warm (40 Deg) and clean. Dedicated parking space for each unit. Unit called 14 peaks is the nearest to the car park, so it makes life much easier. Other units you need to work hard with your stuffs. Very friendly host who is very willing to help.

At the apartment complex, the units come with bed linen and towels. I love everything about Alpan Apartments. The location was amazing, facing both the snow mountains and the sea, spacious terrace to see the northern lights. I also enjoyed walking by the sea, eventho it was windy, the view was worth it. The unit was spotless clean and cozy and warm. It is also close to the supermarket. The best part is the owner, Aksel and Natalie, they are so nice, friendly and helpful. Communicate with them so easy and fast response, they will ensure your stay to be enjoyable. They also showed me the best part to see the northern lights (in the terrace was also already amazing) and good hike. Thank you for hosting me, I really enjoyed my stay here, and also for the sauna. If you stay here, try the sauna, so relaxing!

The nature surrounding the lodge was absolutely wonderful and fascinating.

Both WiFi and private parking are accessible at the lodge free of charge. Staff was amazing! Always stayed in touch and helped even before I arrived. Once I arrived they showed us around and let us hangout in the chill room since we arrived early in the morning! Can’t say enough wonderful things about the place and staff! We even got lucky with a show of the lights very short and sweet but we were thankful!

The location and the views from the lodge are breathtaking, the rooms spacious and well designed. You can watch the Aurora while lyung in bed (if there is solar activity). The staff and the owners are super friendly and helpful, there is a genuine happy atmosphere everywhere. It is a great place to both relax and have fun outdoors. Oh, and the food with mostly local Produce was amazing!! We will definitely be back as this was ine of the highlights of our trip to Nord Norge.
