Amazingly beautiful place to stay. We loved everything about our stay, especially though getting to interact with the alpaca’s, especially baby Bobo who was cuter than cute. May was great host, cabin was cozy, breakfasts were delicious. Staying here was a highlight of our trip.

The Bay Lodge heeft een zwembad, een tuin, een terras en uitzicht op de zee, en biedt accommodatie met gratis WiFi in Pohara. Filip and Sonya were fabulous hosts-very hospitable and generous with information and recommendations. The shuttle service to Abel Tasman made a day tramping in the park seamless. We enjoyed the accommodations so much we were lucky enough to be able to extend our stay by one day. Pōhara is an excellent location for visiting the Golden Bay and I can’t recommend the Bay Lodge highly enough.
