We had the most incredible experience with Armando. He is an incredible and kind host who gave up much of his time to show us the islands so we could understand the history. Of 6 weeks in South America staying in some lovely hotels, it really was our favourite place to stay, truly unique and like nothing we have ever experienced. The food was very good and he was very accommodating. We loved watching the sunset and the sunrise, we’ve also never seen stars like it! We were getting an early train the next day and Armando was very accommodating to get up early and take us to the mainland by boat and he even brought us breakfast on the boat (the jungle mango was out of this world!). Thank you for the most wonderful stay, it’s a very special and peaceful place. You must stay here!

The location, the ambience, the landscapes, the nature, the lake, the design. It’s such a unique place with a special vibe. Worth all the money!

Had heaters in the room. The shower was so hot and strong pressure— truly enjoyed after two weeks of lukewarm water and rain showers in Lima. The staff was very helpful. The included breakfast in the morning was basic buffet, but tasty. They offered scrambled eggs and a salchipapa, they would also make a fried egg if you liked.

Located on Esteves Island, this 5-star hotel offers panoramic views over Lake Titicaca from the Andes to Bolivia. It features a spa with a hot tub and sauna and free Wi-Fi connection. Excellent location on Lake Titicaca. Very good comfy hotel. Room had a great view of the lake. Breakfast spread a pretty good. The staff was friendly. The lunch & dinner options at the restaurant were very good. The hotel had transfer option from/to Puno Railway Station and Juliaca Airport, and the service is very good. We took the private tour of Lake Titicaca from the hotel. It was a wonderful experience and the guide Kevin was very knowledgeable. The tour operated from the private jetty of the hotel and was very convenient.
