The hotel exceeded all expectations. Our Deluxe Junior Suite was spotlessly clean, extremely quiet, and had an exceptionally comfortable, oversized bed. The location is perfect — right in the city center, within a short walking distance of both the Old Town and the main train station. Breakfast was outstanding: a rich buffet combined with a selection of hot dishes from the menu. The service was exceptional as well — the staff were always polite, friendly, and attentive. Every evening we found a special pillow mist in our room, prepared for better sleep, which was a very thoughtful touch. The hotel’s restaurant is one of the best in the area, offering excellent food and atmosphere. There is also a spa available, although I didn’t use it during my stay.

This was our first time at this hotel. The hotel is very quiet, clean, in a perfect location near the spa promenade. Lunches and dinners served in the form of buffets are excellent, the food is very tasty and constantly replenished. The hotel staff - receptionist, maids and restaurant staff are very nice, helpful, caring and meticulous. Parking is in a closed hotel parking lot. The rooms are pleasantly furnished, cleaned daily, the beds are comfortable. The wellness area is right in the hotel, the pool, jacuzzi and sauna are perfect. We were very satisfied. We will definitely come again for a longer stay.
