Unfortunately the wellness was not working, but I appreciate that we were informed by hotel upfront and we were reimbursed the amount back.

We arranged for the airport pickup service, and everything went seamlessly. Our driver was punctual and very friendly. Despite arriving at midnight feeling exhausted, he got us to the hotel on time. The after-hours check-in instructions were clear, our room was spacious, the hot tub was a delight, and the TV offered multiple channels to choose from. The service was outstanding, thanks to the lovely Zorica at reception. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the location was perfect. I highly recommend staying here!
