The house is really cozy, all wooden inside, both in the common areas and in the rooms, and very well looked after. The breakfast (included) and dinner (not included, but 100% recommended) are out of this world. They have a lot of local or auto-produced products and the cook is incredibly gifted. There also is a big fitness area, as well as a Jacuzzi and sauna, which we had the chance to try and truly enjoyed. Nearby there are many beautiful things to visit, such as the Logarska Dolina, Velika Planina and much more (Slovenian Alps are breathtaking). But what truly makes this place one in a million is the Pečovnik family. They are the kindest hosts imaginable: always welcoming, attentive, and genuinely sweet. We’ve just left, and we’re already dreaming of coming back as soon as possible!

Set in Solčava in the Savinjska region, Holiday chalet "ALPINE DREAMS" with PRIVATE WELLNESS has a balcony and garden views. There is an outdoor fireplace and guests can make use of free WiFi, free private parking and an electric vehicle charging station. Our host greeted us with genuine warmth, and that friendly welcome set the tone for the whole stay. The chalet itself is a gem – spacious, beautifully furnished, with well equipped kitchen. Our private sauna and jacuzzi became the perfect reward after a day of hiking. One of the loveliest surprises was the hideaway (smaller room) at the top of the chalet – clearly designed with kids in mind. Ours claimed it as their “kingdom” within minutes and spent hours up there in their own world. The surroundings are simply breathtaking. We rented a bike to explore the panorama and let the kids roam safely in the open space around the chalet. Just sitting on the terrace, soaking in the mountains and fresh air, felt like the ultimate reward. We would love to come back again in the future.

At the guest house, the units are equipped with bed linen and towels. Tourist farm Zavratnik is absolutely gorgeous. I loved every aspect of it. Owners are super nice! They treated us like kings. Everything we asked (instructions for mountaineering, hiking and attractions) was explained exceptionally from them. Breakfast was delicious! An absolute must. They even made us some fresh scrambled eggs. The view from the farm was gorgeous and everything was super clean. Room was clean, retro and we had two balconies.

First of all, the staff was friendly, welcoming, and responsive. From making special pancakes for our daughter's breakfast to helping us plan great excursions to enjoy the area, they consistently went above and beyond for us. Secondly, we loved the location and hay rack suite. Having the river beside us as our background music was sublime, as was reading in the very comfortable hammock. Despite its smaller size, the space was cozy and welcoming even for our family with two teens and a dog. The location of Luce was great for exploring nature, and we experienced hikes with amazing views and pleasant trails. Finally, breakfast was a treat each morning and designed perfectly to provide a healthy and delicious start to the day. Our family has been glamping many times in Slovenia, and this trip did not disappoint. Thank you for a relaxing and rewarding weekend!
