The pool is actually quite big (21m) and they always make sure there are fresh towels and that it's clean. There's a wonderful view from the pool to the city. It's a real 5 star experience with staff that is always friendly and looking to see how they can do more. We especially want to point out Kaew who had connected ahead of time and solved every problem (e.g. airport transport, taxis, calling the airlines, recommending great things to do, etc'). We are on a long relocation and are considering going back through this hotel as the experience was so great for our entire family.

The Grand Hyatt was right in the center of a busy area but walking through the front entrance makes you feel safe, secure and relaxed. An oasis feeling that you could just stay in the hotel an enjoy the facilities. But Bangkok has lots to offer so we made sure to be out and about but came back between planned sightseeing or meals to relax.
